Disgustingly predatory app for the payment of rent. it makes things as difficult and friction laden as possible to make payments without incurring fees. Meanwhile all the fee methods or where they are "holding onto" your money enabling them to use it for arbitrage etc are made more convenient. this is done wholly as a way to make money and these fees readily adding up to hundreds of dollars a year.

No way to pay rent directly from your bank account to where it needs to go. Extra charges and steps added everwyhere. Don't know why they make it so complicated for what should be an automotic payment.

Great app except for asking for permission to access photos and video. That is completely unnecessary, And it its still happening everything the app is opened.

The Manual ETF function does not work on the app. This means that there is no possible way for me to pay my rent without incurring a payment fee.

Terrible - cannot select which days the direct debit is debited. Keeps going into camera roll unprompted.

Wish I could give a ZERO. Have used this app twice now for paying rent and invoices and will be removing it. Twice now they have taken payments for invoices that were NOT approved. Over $200. I'll go back to the good old post office way of paying. At least no one can double dip payments from me! Fix the issues you have with this app. Why have approval direct debit, if you're just going to take what you want anyway and then charge us late fees when it bounces!

This app is very scammy, they can't find payments made or do receipts of money paid. Careful when dealing with them. Reviews from Google: Navigation difficult due to sloppy landing page design and functional usage. Little options for payment of either post office visitation or direct debit at a fee. Cheaply designed with ill thought out user interface workabilty. Lots of bad reviews on their page as well.

Absolutely terrible from the start. It lost about an hours worth of fiddly frustrating work from me entering text and taking photos (tenant's contribution to incoming condition report) it was all in there and done and submitted,.. I could even see it there when I came back to look a day after doing it.... and then suddenly a few days later, poof, it was just gone. Now the app is charging obscene amounts of money just to let people pay rent. I honestly don't know how you can look someone in the eye and tell them that whacking an extra 2% on the cost of every rent bill is remotely fair or justifiable.
