Let's be clear, I never leave bad reviews but my experience with this app warrants it. First off, BMI is still used even though most consider it inaccurate. Second, there was a glaringly obvious typo on one of the set up screens. Third, I was told on 1/7/25 that I could loose 45 pounds by 2/4/25. Do better.

I still love this app! I've been using it for 2 years. Detailed descriptions, a break between each exercise that you can modify (10,20 or 30 second rest) so you can get to the next pose before the timer for the exercise starts. I like the variety, and how it has many workouts for whichever area you want to focus on (abs, legs, etc.) Pilates has been added, and I'm able to have my music playlist on at the same time with my bluetooth headphones. Pausing is simple, too.

This app is wonderful. I can actually do most of these with having back injuries. I got this app to help strengthen my core and back, and it's been comfortably challenging. The excercises are hard but I find that having the time to slow down and really focus on the movements and poses has been extremely calming. I'm the person who gets frustrated when I can't do something and this app doesn't cause the unwanted anger during a workout. I love it my body feels better after each session.

I've been using the free version of the app for months and loved it. I got my husband and daughter into it as well. I thought I had a happy accident when I realized my app had been upgraded, but it wasn't. The AI workouts were not better and didn't include many new poses beyond simple stretches. Also, loss the ability to view and modify my workouts, as in the free version. Tried getting a refund a couple days later and was denied. The benefits do not justify the cost. What was the trail period?

I love this app so far, it's easy to follow, gives you enough time to change positions between exercises and is great for a beginner like me! I am a very big girl, so I have had to modify a couple of the poses, but it still seems to be working, my energy is up and I'm sleeping better too. Love it!! Update: after the last review the share workout button no longer works. I like to share my workouts on social media, it helps motivate one of my friends, if this function is restored I'll update my review again.

This app is amazing!! I would recommend for beginners who want to start yoga. I can do the beginner exercises without issue, which is what a beginner is meant for. I enjoy that you can change rest time, skip exercises, and pause if you need them. The captions during exercises help a beginner to understand about form, which is very important. Keep up the good work

I'm not an expert in yoga and this app is great for beginners as videos are included. The more days you progress through the more the intensity of the moves increase. I love that the workouts are 10 minutes or less and I can also set a reminder. The app is easy to use, allows you to input your weight, height, etc and see how many calories are burned after each work out. I like that the ads are at the beginning and end of each session-- they are only around 5 seconds each. Great app!

Good App for yoga, no flaws or hiccups. I like that it tutors you along the way, they have beginner, intermediate and advanced so it's 👍 awesome, even the beginner level has a challenging exercise or two or three along the way, let's face it we are pushing our bodies past the lazy and comfort zone and this is what a great exercise app does. I'm hoping for lots and lots of various exercises added as I progress ( variety = spice of life ) kudos to creators!
