Only thing I don't like is how inconsistent the daily streak reward bars can be. It'll give me a notification that I've got another hour to claim my streak, but there will be no streak to claim when I open the app (either through the notification or directly in the app list/drawer/whatever). This happens randomly, sometimes after just a couple days' streak, and other times after somewhere in the 20's to 30's. It's the inconsistency that's frustrating. Other than that, I do like the app a lot.

I am very agitated, I canceled a subscription I had last July and just noticed it was still there as my being subbed. So not only has yn taken 40 dollars out of my pocket but now I am having issues finding where it is that I can unsub (AGAIN) for the second time. @YOUNOW I really feel as though I should be reimbursed for 8 months of charges. Over a year later and I still haven't been reinburst. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Some broadcasts are very loud and younow doesn't allow you to lower the volume past a certain point. For some reason it uses the call volume slider and not the normal media slider. It's not coded properly. There's also no option to delete your younow account (at least not on the app) so even if u delete the app your profile still lives there forever along with whatever social media you attached. Prepare for strangers to add your social media. User privacy doesn't seem to be a concern for younow.

Stop taking stuff away. You took away the gold bars for leveling up. Now you just give pearls. It's been fine the whole time before I came back to the app and now that more people are joining your taking more things away and making stuff more difficult to progress in this game. Please add features that people want and not taking away.

Recently there was a glitch with a free gift and they took away my bars and after 3 emails, there's no response, this app is dying and they don't give af about the users, i literally have those bars since they made the mistake of taking away the daily bars and have the audacity of taking away all my bars over a 2k gift on sale that costs 0 bars, i lost motivation and my anxiety is all over the place, just say you can't take care of an app and sell it to someone who can

So it's a cool app. Although, sometimes the app will just suspend or ban you for no reason, so you have to contact younow to reactivate. It is worth it but it can take a while. Also, if you're a completionist, you basically have to spend money to get some badges, and you have to pay gold bars (which also cost money) to give likes. You can use the daily streak for bars, but max you can buy with them is usually 400 likes. Also, why does the fan mail cost like 200 bars? That's way too expensive!

Sucks keeps glitching I keep getting kicked out the audio is always off the app needs major work I don't know who owns the app but. Please actually fix it there's always issues occurring

I used to really like this app just to watch one live streamer, but lately it just lags and doesn't let me open the app at all. I had a streak of like 120 days of opening it since I opened it everyday to get bars, and I was getting 21 bars. I uninstalled the app yesterday and reinstalled it, and once again, no bars given to me for the day, I'm very scared that streak was just taken from me without it being my fault. That's why I give it a 2 until its solved then I'd rate it higher.
