局限性：

Poor app design and function. The most recent updates have fixed nothing, I can open app and add my servers but I can't actually connect to them, the app crashes everytime. I've cleared cache and data and rebooted and reinstalled, still same issue. Not sure why this is happening now, but it is frustrating to have to go to my PC when I get an alarm call at 3am to verify if it's legit. Very upset by ACTi's recent downturn in quality and service.

The app has worked well for me and several clients accessing my cameras for years. In the latest GUI they hid the edit button which created problems. ACTi tech support got back to me quickly. By swiping left on the site name, you will now see the Edit and Delete buttons. Not a great design choice but it works once you know it.

We have had constant issues with our Acti cameras and the app from the start that haven't been resolved in over 6 months. The newest issue is that when I had to get a new phone last month the app would not (and still won't) accept our verified credentials. Tens of thousands of dollars down the toilet - no exaggeration.

Used to work great. Now the app wont even open; just immediately crashes. Re-installed, cleared cache, etc, but nothing worked. Was talking to ACTI and they had a case opened since they weren'tsure what was going on, but they just closed my case with no resolution. Now I have $3,000 worth of their cameras that I cannot monitor remotely.

What's the latest app update you cannot modify camera settings or see camera information. I have to delete the app and re-add all my cameras but I can't see any of my server settings to be able to do so. The contact option for the app developers is a bad email link and the website doesn't work anymore.

Just stopped working after version update. Though I am running with the firmware version claimed supported, I tried upgrading firmware and after that it did not even recognize my cameras complaining model unsupported. This company just does not have the mindset for backward compatibility. Good job..

This app worked until you updated now I have connection failure 201 so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now have connection failure 202. have tried time and time again still no luck. the app works on another phone and laptop but not on my lg phone

Total scam. It worked well for some time. After their update , site crashes immediately after opening. No point in downl. Having issues since 6 months
