Put me in a loop of error messages. I had to hard close the app and uninstall it, otherwise I was stuck in an infinite loop of error messages regarding the app not being available in my state. I can't speak to the service of Betr but the app sucks. I can bet on many other platforms without issue and this app is useless. Fire the development team, who is likely offshored. Just absolute garbage from the very beginning.

Don't like the way you can't pick the same player from the same team. Also, I don't like the way they don't have a flex option on bets, where you can lose one and still get paid out at a lesser value. Other betting apps have a lot better options. They don't have all sports, like soccer, which is a big-time betting sport. If I knew it was just basically football, basketball, baseball, and hockey, I would of not use this app. As a 2 star rating, would have given it 1 if it wasn't for the paid out

I like some features, like how you can split bets on a promo. In my experience, customer service is better than most. The one thing I do not get excited about is what they call betr bucks. The only company in the industry that significantly reduces payouts when promo funds are used. Some good things, some not as great.

I installed the app deposited $200. Try to make my first bet and I keep getting an error saying location. Failure after contacting the sport and being ran around the Ringer, told to be uninstalling the app. And do the normal stuff like 5 or 6 times which I did following their instructions to the letter. They vaguely told me that other apps could be interfering with it. And there's nothing they could do.

It is impossible to withdraw your winnings. I deposited money on an old debit card. It would let me update my card unless I deposited more money. Second of all, it only let's you withdraw money from the respective card the money was deposited on. My money is trapped on their app. Incredibly annoying and illegal. I bet the gaming commission would love to know about this.

They graded a win a loss. They admitted they messed up. This happened on 10-9-24, it is now 10-11-24, they still haven't fixed it. Not only that, I waited 24 hours to see if they would fix their mistake without me contacting them, they didn't. Closing in on 24 hours since I made them aware of their mistake and still nothing has been fixed. Real simple mistake. I took N. Elhers to record a point and he got an assist. 5 mins after posting on here, they finally did their job.

As far as betting, it's a cool app but I have NEVER experienced this many issues with logging in. Routinely it will stop working while I'm checking in on current bets. Literally goes to a loading display and will not go past it. I've expired my cache, redownloaded the app multiple times and even restarted the phone. Nothing. Doesn't help at all. This is also the only advice they will give you to fix the issue. I don't understand how you can make so much money and have a subpar app function.

This app is lies. They say you can miss up to 2 and still win money. As soon as you miss 1 the parlay is moved to the loss section. Not very good selection of stuff you can bet on. The odds are horrible so you need to make 6 and 7 leg plays to win anything good which is next to impossible because once you miss 1 you lose. Don't waste your time with this app just play fanduel or draft kings. If you want this style of betting just play prizepicks. The odds are better
