QT Pay has serious problems! It won't link my bank info. I have been on the phone with them several times and they think they have it fixed but it isn't. And, in chatting while they struggled with it, I found out, you can only use it once a day. So if you planned to use it while traveling, you can forget that. All in all, not worth the time and effort I have wasted on it.

Loved it at first, now the all of the fuel type options are not showing, can't see premium or regular unleaded anymore, those 2 options are gone and if I chose midgrade it won't show me the price until I close the app down and open it back. Absolutely useless to me if I can't see the gas prices, that's the main reason I use the app. We have multiple QTs and all of them have different prices and the app made it easy to see which one had the best price, Gas Buddy isn't always accurate.

Not worth the hassle. I've been trying to link my bank account via plaid and the app keeps getting hung up or isn't loading correctly. It not worth the savings if the app isn't going to work correctly and be a headache. Uninstalled for now. If features are going to be implemented they need to be WELL tested with multiple browsers and configs of phones. Or it could just be server issues with Plaid, or the QT app not shaking hands correctly. It's about the same quality as the Taco bell App.

mediocre at best. concept is a good idea, even tho others have a point system. the over all discount on "everything" to me is better than scrolling thro 800 coupons or being entered into a sweepstake. the problem starts when you try to actually use the app been through all the troubleshooting. app just doesn't work. Bank wont link and without that it's just useless. you don't get anything for being a "member" nothing for having the app itself. you only save IF you can make it Link AND pay in app

Rarely functions. Multiple uninstalls/reinstalls bring no results. About 1 out of every 10 tries the app and menu will load. Out of those, it's a 50/50 chance your payment will process and you'll actually be able to place an order. Uninstalling for good this time, get it together, QT. Maybe focus more on a working app and less on social media presence.

All I can really use this app for is checking local station prices. I downloaded it for the 25¢ discount and it just sits and loads or throws errors, and I'm not bothering to call customer support because based on numerous other reviews, they're zero help. Other than the map it's absolutely unstable and generally useless, exclusively because it doesn't function/work whatsoever.

We are experiencing difficulties with order submission and payment processing. The online ordering system frequently prevents items from being added to the cart, and even when successful, payment processing is unreliable, resulting in failed transactions despite multiple attempts. This is further complicated by the removal of the in-store payment option.

sucks!!! the last update made this app trash!! they already have my debit card linked,. but demand i link my checking account to get the discounts. which, the app refuses to do. my problem has been "escalated" for over a month and still no change. customer support is weak, at best. dont waste your time on this garbage app!!. this WAS a great app in the early stage. but now, I'm uninstalling it, and shopping at 7-11. at least their app works ALL OF THE TIME. don't expect help other than AI
