The app execution is great, lots of workouts, video instruction and a bit of social aspect is cool. However there are many facets that are buggy or don't work. I can't really do anything with my profile, it won't let me set a picture, it's constantly giving me a "are you still there" pop up while I have the app open & even after I've finished the workout & closed it out I'll get a notification if I'm still there and then error when I open it bc I've finished the workout. Fix these & its 5*'s.

When you tell it home workout, there are still several exercises that use gym equipment in the "customized" workout. There is no way to skip or swap exercises for those of us with previous knee injury who cant do squats. Several exercises show the coach doing it on one side only, suggesting that the user focus on one side, and implying (arguably) that there will be focus on the other side, but no; the clip of an exercise on one side is simply looped. Has great potential, but it's not there yet.

I love the workouts but hate the way the app is designed. Intermittent and constant crashing. Some days I can complete a workout without issue, other days it freexes and crashes after each set. I'm on a Galaxy S24 Ultra so my phone is mainstream. Another thing I take issue with is the way I can't go back and edit weights or reps for certain sets without having to hit the back button and undoing the exercises I've logged already. It feels like the devs have forgotten about their android app

The workout are great. The app needs improving if possible. While doing a workout if you miss adding the weight you used you cant go back and add weights.. You also cant get home and export the data weights and time spent. Actually you cant even write the info on paper because while you can veiw the excercises done you still cant see the weights used. It has a social are but you cant chat to anyone, only give them a like if they work out. Lots of training options but not checked to see them.

When it's working the app is great! Visually the UI is wonderful and the content and customization is top notch. The problem is it doesn't seem like the app gets updated often enough to keep up with system updates. Recently (2024) I can only get about halfway through a workout until the app starts to constantly crash and reset. I can't get it to resume a workout and it's incredibly frustrating. Gonna email support to request a refund :(

Ive done over 200 workouts using this app so far. The amount of thought put into this thing by the developers is incredible. All of the workouts cycle in ways that introduce muscle confusion for ideal growth. It keeps things interesting and has great systems in place to track progress. Ever since starting this program, my workouts have become more intentional and effective. I definitely recommend to at least give it a try. Its a game changer.

The app is extremely buggy and glitches constantly. Buttons are often non-responsive and workouts in progress will be lost if you leave the app open but move to another app and come back. Exercises also feature extra movements that are unnecessary and could lead to injury, like a dumbbell press with a twist movement. Save your money and look elsewhere for your fitness needs.

EDIT: Revised down to 1 star from 2. Workout tracking only counts an exercise as "on track" if you do EXACTLY the number of reps and weights, no less and no MORE. Baffling decisions. I don't think an actual human reviewed these programs. Beginner workout at home? Hundreds of pushups, barely anything else in between. A beginner can't do that, an expert doesn't gain anything from that. Flashy presentation and functional app. Workouts aren't so well thought out, which is what really matters.
