best app for moving throughout the day that I have used , and I've tried a bunch. works well across his and android which is also a huge plus for people like me with devices from multiple ecosystems. only issues for me are the slow loading to open the app and the lack of any kind of dark mode. that said, I can deal with this minor nitpicks as I'm only using the app for a few minutes at a time and the value of moving and stretching throughout the day more than outweighs the minor criticisms.

I like this app, even though it could use a few more features. For what it currently does, I appreciate the reminders, the different types of exercises/stretches, and the instructions. I feel better when I do them. I wish I could keep a list of exercises I cannot do (I have 2 knee replacements). It would also be great if I could make custom lists -- e.g. "exercises I can do in the office without looking weird". Also, if I could set a length of time for a walk, and get a nudge halfway through.

I love the idea of this app. Sometimes it works flawlessly, But unfortunately it often glitches. Somehow, for many of the exercise sessions, a screen pops up that covers the exercise pictures. That asks me why I want to skip the exercise. I did not. In fact, click on the screen that I wanted to click the exercise, and there is no way to close this box so you can see the exercise. I usually end up just skipping the whole session at that point. If this could be fixed, the app would be five stars.

You can't do anything with the app unless you buy a subscription. All you can do with the free version is have it remind you to get up which an alarm can do already. Every time I'd get a reminder to stretch, it'd show the stretch but when I'd click "start" it would say that I needed to buy a subscription. Very disappointed.

The app works so far. But all of it except the timer is paid. And paid monthly on top of that. I get developers need to make a living too but if you don't pay every month this app is just a timer. Seems pointless tbh. Would be cool to have at least some kind of base set of stretches that come free and then another set that's like a one time paid add on or something.

I downloaded this app year ago and it was free to have reminders and exercises at the setting of your choice. I loved it and recommended this app to my co-workers. I since got a new phone and had to sign again and now it requires me to buy the subscription to have the same services. What a bummer. You just lost a customer.

Another app pushing a subscription. The idea is great and seems useful but without subscribing all it does is notify you per your scheduled intervals. If that's the case just use your free clock app or any other reminder app. The "premium" features are the draw for the functionality of this app and I'd have enjoyed it if there was a small 10 second ad vs a forced subscription lock. And I don't even LIKE ads, but I dislike more forced subscription services even more.

This app changed my life. Takes all the guesswork out of building your own workout routine. Clearly based on science. Incredible. Will forever recommend to anyone working a desk job and especially anyone with neck pain. It is NOT just a timer, you can choose your exercises, and you don't have to pay for the trial week so just TRY IT!!
