The platform as a whole is clunky, the app continues in the same vein. Limited to the inspection types, can't customize the inspections to add additional areas, able to be ticked off, eg compliance checks and add water leak test etc. the timeline doesn't pick up all entries and can't load app and work offline for online upload.

It's been frustrating recently with properties getting stuck on 20-25% uploading (I have now found that logging out, closing the app, and logging in continues the upload but it would be good if you could retry within the app.) Also being unable to switch between lenses when taking photos and the preview showing 16:9 takes a wider 4:3 photo.

This app does not work on all mobile phone devises. It glitches in Android phones and the photos don't work on Apple iPhone 11, which I find out After purchasing a brand new one purely for the purpose of using this app. Console are also unwilling to fix it in a reasonable time frame and are also not willing to compensate for the app while it does not work correctly. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

It's a good nifty app and simple and friendly to use. Over time Images do not load fully. Processing time has become slow when taking images. Since app update today, app will not open up anymore.

Good morning Out doing inspections and photos keep disappearing. Really frustrating having to go back multiple times to photograph areas

Please fix the upload issue. I have 5 inspections that cannot be uploaded and it keeps saying retry. And slows down my new inspection uploads to the cloud. Please fix it. It's slowing down my work and adding extra steps.

If you accidentally press the rating on the inspect ap ( which is easy if you are doing inspect in sun) you can't undo it.

Good to gain access to tenant and owner details, would be good if could raise work orders for maintenance issues.
