App wont let me add photos to our tickets which is advised to be done before prior to arriving to the park,I called tech support for help and they suggested uninstalling the app, which hasn't worked on 3 devices, then tech support asked for me to email them with my problems them they can get back to me in 2 to 4 business days to see what they can do. Sort of defeats the point of buying tickets on an app when i wont be able to use the tickets on my app to enter the parks.

Don't use the times in the app, all the wait times are alot longer than suggested, ended up over 2 hours on what the app said was a 90 minute wait when the rides are not stopping for anything. Map was good, other info was good

open the app and it opens showing tips to get the most out the app but it's stuck on that screen and can't navigate out of it. uninstaller app and did it again but same issue.

App didn't work with Android,keeps crashing when adding tickets. Staff response was to use an apple phone or nothing I could do about it.

Can't load pictures to our new passes. Connectivity issues. Tide times are never up to date

Doesn't work. Can't add tickets, no options to troubleshoot or contact tech support.

Buggy, keeps asking me to complete my profile (which I've done numerous times), it doesn't update my location in the park, the information is inconsistent... Some shows have show times, some don't.... I could go on. It's auch a shame because the idea is great: a good companion app to the theme parks would be a big help for planning your day with your family. Unfortunately the execution of this app is just poor.

The app is very poor. Had bugs when trying to purchase things, it showed wrong end date on our 7 day pass, virtual queue was full on most rides so barely used it, and it's just really unreliable (crashes, slow to update at times). The app design and features are good though. Used it a lot whilst at the parks to get around and plan day around show times and ride wait times. Improving reliability is a must guys.
