1 star for now only to get your attention. The app is no longer working at all. While starting up it is flashing non stop, like it is trying to load it's content but it does not. Please check or advice. When fixed, 5 stars will be given, because besides this problem now, it was a great app.

Apps update? Mine is buggy after being okay. How do you update without the update button in the playstore? Restarted my phone and still kicks me out when trying to consult my product details in the app. What am I missing? Thanks for advising!

The app is slow. Each action takes 1 to 2 minutes. Paying a bill is a pain. And it seems to get worse and worse per update.

I have only 43 Mbps on the desktop for download but I should have 240 Mbps although I pay for Fibernet . Why? 🧐 The app is nice made that's positive👍

If a customer needs a WiFi booster , one has to perform a WiFi test with the app, well it does not work! It gives constantly the following error: " Oops something went wrong. Please try again later" To check your data usage and some of the services is working fine. One star because I installed it with the only purpose to do a WiFi test. Happy to provide the developers with more information if needed.

My phone is in english, so by default the language of the app is in dutch. The only way I can change this is by changing the phone's language to french, which I don't want. Please have an option to change the language within the app. Edit : apparently, even the review reply from the developers is in dutch, fantastic! Hopefully though, something will be done about it.

Ridiculous, NO English and Dutch by default, it's 2019 right? People travel, expats pay the bills too. To set alerts for my usage it's a maze of links that in the end tell me to do it by the app... while I'm using the app!! The graphic is uselessly confusing. Why you have to change? The mobile app worked just fine. Really hate all of it but it looks like I'm forced to use it. Wonderful. For real? I have the app in French, I'd like it in English and I don't speak Dutch.

Paying bills through the app is no longer possible. Previously it simply wouldn't open the payment app, causing me to be late several times with payments and subsequently being charged a late fee for that. Now it only shows bills up to the end of last year and claims I am 180 days late with a payment I've long since completed. I used the app because the website was so slow that it barely ever loaded my account. Now they're both pretty much unusable. This is very unfortunate.
