Excellent app with highly beneficial modules to read or listen too. The sleep diary is amazing and it really helps you to track your sleep progress once you answer all the questions. My female therapist was also very helpful and we had virtual zoom sessions once a week so she could discuss my sleep diary and give me additional tips for relaxation and sleep success. I highly recommend this program to anyone who needs help with insomnia. Thank you!

This therapy is very specific. My personal impression is that it's therapeutic behavioural coaching. I didn’t know what to expect with CBTi, and it's unique. During my counselling, feelings were not discussed. Personally, I needed emotional support. To be fair, the sleep journal is very helpful. Haleo is backed by solid research, and has a well structured program that is scientifically proven to work. I fully agree with that fact, but it wasn't what I needed going through stressful times.

Poor ui. Articles or not marked as read after I read them. No navigation options to go from one article to the next. I have to exit the article and guess which one is the next one while the ones I have read are still marked as unread.

What a mess with the latest version. The app is slow. The home page does not show anything, the toolkit does not work. I lost the monthly sleep report and the tracking for my articles is lost too. Besides, the sleep diary interface sometimes crashes.

I've suffered from chronic insomnia for years. I would dread going to sleep which i turn increased my stress and anxiety. It because this vicious cycle. I've tried everything you could possibly imagine to help me sleep, even sleep meds didnt help. It's been 5 weeks with HALEO and I'm having the best sleeps of my life! It is a hard program but its so worth it. What's your other option, having miserable sleeps to no sleep for the rest of your life? Just do the program, itll change your life!

Don't waste your time with this garbage and don't give Haleo any of your money! All information on how to sleep is accessible free online. All their material is nothing new. Their bread and butter is you repeating in your head that your body parts are heavy. They claim a focus on CBT yet it was only touched on and never really explained well. The sessions are rushed and the therapist is cold and script reading. The app wouldn't let me sign in for weeks, the sleep diary is a half thought out joke

A well designed, comprehensive app. It makes the record keeping part of CBTi painless and easy. The video connection to the therapist worked well.
