I am very pleasantly surprised at the speed (withen just a few hours!) and accuracy (they resolved the problem) of the iTheory support group; special thanks to Jerôme, Milena, and "Unknown" who jumpped on my support request VERY quickly and provided the right solution, which is to set my mobile phone language to Geman, French, or Italian (the only 3 languages supported by the app). Excellent work iTheory; many thanks. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: "I have the exact same problem as "A Google User" who commented on 19.11.2018. My app stopped working after I updated it -- I get a blank screen when I start a new test, and my exam date is in 2 days!! Please restore the question and answers."

I downloaded the app but can't change the language to french. We are all not only Germans in Switzerland. Please fix language option.

Very bad customer service. My app stopped after one week of purchase and I couldn't get help. Looks to me like a scam already. Very sad, my exam date is very close and I will definitely fail because I depend on the your app. Please help me restore my question and answers.

The application is only German language, and in Suisse there are three official languages.People from Suisse remonde and Italian part can not use the application because there is no translation.How can I get back my money?

Its very helping but will be much better copying texts and give some sort of English translation as option thanks
