Not very impressed at all. I wish you wouldn't have lied about your camera having so many features. I can't use the receiver to talk to anyone outside, only my phone can. I can't record, there is NO SD slot, it doesn't have motion detection... shall I go on? it doesn't do half of what it says. And apparently the battery doesn't even last half a day. I might quite literally throw this away. Doesn't work as advertised. I can't see my camera unless someone hits the doorbell. 🙄 Not what I wanted.

This app and camera are a big ripoff. I looked at the critical reviews and every problem people enumerated happened to me. The time is wrong, the connection doesn't stay up, there are no directions on how to reconnect, so I have to keep reinstalling the devices. But every time that I reconnect it, it has the exact same problems. The documentation sucks, being half written in Chinese that it can't translate into English. I wish I had never paid for this doorbell camera. It was utterly a waste.

I lost the instructions and cannot get my camera to connect to wifi/ Bluetooth. I reset the camera, I rang the doorbell. and have done all the things I can think of. Please tell me how to connect it. There are no videos online that I can find. I've successfully connected all of our nest cameras and yard cameras so I have a pretty good idea how to do it, it seems like this just doesn't work. I bought this inexpensive camera for our gazebo and would love for it to work. Thank you

I have to laugh when reading all the whiny reviews. Being that the doorbell that goes with this app costs under $25...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR PEOPLE! I'll bet the whiny ones aren't all too tech-savvy to begin with. I had some difficulties with the poorly written instructions. But after an hour of fooling around with the app and the device it worked just fine for a super cheap doorbell camera

I like how easy it is to setup, the picture quality is pretty decent, and the app is easy to use. I'm concerned about privacy and safety. I just set it up in my room to see my children and talk to them while I'm at work. I loved it and so did they. I just got off work and walked into my room and heard the "camera" whistled at me!

Horrible device and app. Although setup was simple, all the instructions were in broken English and hard to understand. Regardless, I was able to figure it out on my own. The user is only able to see what the camera sees when the doorbell rings, and it takes about 10 seconds for the push notification to go through so you can see the camera view on your phone. Both speaker and microphone audio are horrible. The app should pop up quicker, and I should be able to see the camera view as needed.

Difficult to setup as there are limited instructions. The LED light only stays on for about 30 seconds . In the settings I set it up to start and shut off at a specific time but it only stays on very briefly. The IR light will stay on until you select off . Another issue is the motion alarm does not work even at highest setting. Sound detection does work and alarm does turn on. I don't think this camera will survive the winter in Canada.

One of the worst app ever made, and for two reasons: 1. the app FLOODS THE MEMORY of my phone and so, gallery, with thousands of small photos, that appear as small 100 kB corrupted images. Like my phone crashes because the thing just keeps filling up the memory. 2. after registering the camera, the app is locked in a cycle of "logging in" and "requesting service" ad nauseam. I was never able to have a stream from the camera, I am actually wondering if the device has a video sensor at all!
