After update, working of this app is tooo worest, the previous one better,, please make some changes.... It not at all working properly.....

the website seems to function okay. My biggest problem is with the app. The pre-recorded videos do not play even when downloaded. I can usually get the video to start but if I pause it or leave the app it will not restart. this is frustrating as a majority of my time where I could watch the videos is through my phone.

I am student of edureka. I use this app when I want to study while I am traveling. Hence I have downloaded many videos to view during traveling. But very said to say that video player is not up to the mark when viewing offline videos. 1. I can only play and pause the video. 2. No other option available. 3. I cannot see the time of the video. 4. I cannot play at any other speed of my choice. 5. If I minimize the player for any other work in between, the video starts from the start. That is very irritating. 6. There is a black band at the bottom which hides 10 percent of the video.

The newest update is very poor. 1. The video quality in recorded class section is very bad. 2. There are no option to change video quality, it was there before , it is removed from the website as well, I don't understand why? 3. There is only one video size available for download which is very large, more than 2gb with poor quality. Before we could download in different resolution and the file size was also very less. 4. The navigation around the app is really poor, could be made easier

Whenever I open some course it throws an error saying an "error occured try again later" I used to get this on other devices (Phone) as well. Changed different network both wifi and cellular, changed service provider for wifi even. Still the same issue. And most annoying is you cannot join the meeting from phone even when an app is installed . When a complaint is raised you get answers to use different device or join from the given link in email. The given word count is not enough to explain.

The new update doesn't have auto rotation mode like the earlier one. Also, when I press the back button after watching the video, it doesn't take me back to my home screen, it just stays there and m forced to close the app and restart it again. Also there was this option of dragging through the screen as forwarding and backward video play which was much better than the 10 sec option. That really helped to catch the portion in recording which played after break times. Please enable it!

The live session videos don't play at all always shows no media found. Submitted so many queires for the issue. Didn't get any solution. Got a reply saying they are looking into it and closed the tickets without solving the problem. The number shared by them to contact does not exist! and the customer care doesn't respond. Is there anything that works properly? I doubt that. Very disappointing
