Pros :love the workouts and that the app is geared towards women. Cons: would love to cast this to my smart tv- makes it easier than looking at my phone or tablet or laptop. I don't have a cycle but I can't opt out of that feature on my home creen. I had to figure out the logging of meals and reordering of exercises it took some work. scheduling should auto fill on a program- going day by day is a hassle. also, I could not go back into initial questions to change something. not as user friendly

I love the app, but I wish the interface it uses to connect your smart watch was better. Mainly that it would get your true TDEE from your watch and not just your exercise calories. Also, an option to see your daily deficit based on TDEE versus calories consumed. I miss that coming from MFP to Grounds. Don't get me wrong, Grounds is the far superior app but I do miss those features.

Absolutely LOVING the app so far!! The workouts are amazing with so many modification options, and I love that you can also track your cycle, calories, water, steps, etc. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an all-in-one, versatile, and inclusive fitness app!

I like the workouts and calorie tracker. I would like the ability to add and save food items by UPC that are not currently in the database. I'd also like to add workouts that were completed outside of the app. It's a bit difficult to find workouts that use specific equipment without browsing all workouts. It doesn't seem to be adding all my steps, only about 1/3 that my native phone app is capturing. It's also draining both my watch and phone batteries. This app does have a lot of potential.

It's ok in my opinion. The program selections are pretty limited for someone working out at home and trying to change a move mid-workout makes you have to start from the beginning again. I'm not a fan of the move timer running and not being able to stop it unless you pause the whole thing. Sometimes I need a breather and don't need the anxiety of "did I pause it? Oh no, it kept going and now the app is 5 sets ahead of me." good potential, just not worth cost for me.

I enjoy the workouts and love the ability to swap equipment. I do wish it would be automatic since the app knows my equipment available. I hate that it cancels my workout when I leave the app, sometimes I want to use my phone to check form... Won't be renewing since there's no warm up/cool downs available on app.

Love this App and the workouts. I used it for about a week and ran into some $ problems and had to cancel and get a refund. It was no issue! Now I'm back a couple months later and beyond excited to feel better again. That was the best week of my year when I started. I felt so good and light and active. I love the little animations with detailed descriptions of how to do the workouts!!

I couldn't wait to say how much just the exercise portion is exactly what I needed. I can see the moves demonstrated in the app. Give reasons i can't do a particular move and get an alternative with demo. Pick other exercises besides my challenge. Exactly what someone like me needs. Some bugs yes. But it's day 2 of the launch so it would be odd if there weren't. They've already pushed updates within hours. I can't even get video games I played for years to do that.
