App gets stuck on loading screen while trying to verify license. Attempted re-installing, restarting, contacting customer service. Never even got to drive rent a car, truly exceptional.

The app doesn't recognize my drivers license no matter how many times I take the picture; it says is not supported. Also, I have a letter from Transportstyrelsen for using my license while in Sweden but it doesn't even ask me that. It simply doesn't allow me to register. In addition, the app is not well optimized and it has to be restarted many times to load correctly (I clarify that is not the internet). Please fix it because I need to use a car and it's getting frustrating.

I've used this service several times and have always been impressed with how smooth everything runs and the excellent condition of the cars. However, there's a significant downside: needing to return the car to the original pickup spot. This requirement really limits the service's convenience. It would be great if this could be changed to make it more practical.

First of all, when I search for a car with any parameters I get a popup saying "Something went wrong". I've tried different times and cars, and the same happens always. This makes the app unusable. The other issue is that the app was designed to be pretty rather than usable. For example, the only way to search is to set specific times and hope for the best. I would like to be able see the availability at a station, and pick a time that way. Location is sometimes more important than exact time.

I have rented a car twice to move some boxes to a storage facility, the car size is ideal. Everything went smoothly and the app and car interaction are always working. The only time I had a technical issue was when first using the app and registering, but a phone call to customer service solved it quickly. Customer service (phone and chat) respond quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with this service since I don't have a car, and there is a couple cars close to my apartment.

Bad customer support, 😑 i wouldn't recommend them anymore it used to be good when it was Sunfleet. Better hire cars from petrol station or from other services like Go more. There are many more choices with better pricing.

Really good service, and fare prices. For hiring cars "on demand" its the perfect choice since there's almost always at least one car available. The costumer service is 10/10 and always do their best to help or compensate if there's something wrong with the car or booking. Don't change that, it adds a lot for the good experience

if the car has 94% battery, maybe avoid the ominous messages about fees for unplugged cable. Here... I got one for you: you traded 6% battery for 1 star review, worth it?
