There's alot of great things about this app, I really enjoy the ability to plan your own schedule so freely. However the schedule sometimes glitches and it's impossible to move routes around. Also some routes can't be booked on the map because of technical errors. There's still a sense that this feels like a start-up, however I really like what Relay is trying to do and I hope for future success.

Nothing is clear and everything is vague and you are manipulating us as you wish in order to have a very large profit margin at the expense of the couriers’ efforts. A fraudulent delivery company is added to the list of fraudulent delivery companies in Britain. You book a shift at least a day before it starts, and when you wake up in the morning to work, you find that everything has changed, from the price to the number of packages. Better than it was! When I first used this App, I would be kicked out and would have to log in again multiple times whilst working a route. I think there was once a parcel that I had to log in and out 5 times before the system would accept that the parcel had been delivered! That happens less often now. It's British Summer Time and the App is on GMT! There are little snags like that. The main improvement I would love to see would be for this System to work with Waze as Google maps is rubbish!

Please fix the order the packages go in for example if there are 5 packages on one street they should all be in order not do one package then go to a different street, and have to come back to where you left of , and scanner tends to freeze sometimes please fix :)
