No native back-button support, no option to choose blank avatar, no option to view download location of book files (or option to not download them to free up phone memory) and the incorrect/non-inclusive use of "England" instead of the "UK" (and corresponding flag) result in a rather lacklustre app (and email reply from devs did NOT address my issues). 2 stars until fixed. No excuses from devs below accepted.

Would really value option to look at one page at a time rather than a two page spread. I find the text is too small for my child to read. When he zooms in to be able to read, it makes it more difficult for him to keep track of where he's at in the text and so he ends up getting frustrated. would also value being able able view books in portrait mode as well as landscape so that the text is bigger.

Good books for children learning to read. But the app has logged me out and says I don't have the right subscription to use the app when I try to log in! What a waste of money as I now can't use the app at all despite being charged for it

Being charged but cannot access App keeps telling me that I do not have the required subscription, but I am being charged monthly and there is seemingly no way to contact anyone about this. The app doesn't have a "forgot password" link.

Finally managed to subscribe, on my account. Tried to sign in on my son's account on his tablet and it won't let me try to subscribe on his account and it also won't let me so he can't use it on his tablet. Very frustrating
