Appalling. Don't use the card payment details as authorised payment and timed out yet still took my money even though I never got a taxi to my destination. Has done it several times and iv called and been shunted round and told to call manager number about complaints and refunds and got no answer. Shoddy app rips you off.

Since the new update I am having to reset my password all the time just to log in. Can this issue be fixed? Never had this trouble with the old update...
