It's genuinely fantastic, but my God the app is just horrendous. It's so bad it's almost easier to do anything on the mobile site. For example, I uploaded an image to transcribe, and I have to switch it from GPT40 to GPT40 mini, which is fine, but I can't do that on mobile. It automatically changes it to that on the website, but when I try to select a different model on the app it just starts a new chat.

The text interface, both input and output isn't very polished compared to other Android apps. The offerings are great though. Another bug I've seen is the "processong" box doesn't disappear or appears stuck. I have a hard time Gemini needs to process for more than two minutes...

Abacus's pricing is misleading, with compute points not aligning with advertised token conversion rates. Support is unhelpful, refusing to clarify token to point ratios, adding to the confusion. The mobile app lacks essential features found on the web version, like a flawed chat history, missing LLMs, and tools for video, image, and video url. These issues, combined with poor transparency and limited functionality, create a frustrating user experience. I advise caution due to false advertising

Great value, mid UI I love the base product itself of 10$ a month for various SOTA models. And the desktop experience is good enough, containing all the quality of life features I get from other providers. However, the mobile app does not contain what I consider basic features like copy the whole bot response button. Parity with SOTA model apps would make the mobile app 5 stars, imo

I left a review previously complaining images you generate couldn't be saved. It wouldn't let me edit that review unfortunately so I had to delete it and leave a new one. Suffice it to say I'm now really happy with what chatLLM offers and it has replaced my paid chatgpt subscription. I think the next thing I'd like to see is Grok AI supported, I think that's supposed to be in the works? Either way thank you for adding the feature I requested and taking the time to respond to my previous review!

This app needs your credit card numbers before I can see what it offers without an option to skip it, kind of disgusting. I don't have a credit card, but I usually pay with post-paid SIM card that links with Google Play for my apps and games. I guess I'll stick with my ol' ChatGPT for now.

Great to have an app for abacus ai. Awesome work by the team however alot more effort is needed for improvement. Custom Chatbots lag and do not function well when used in the app. Chat handles cannot be renamed in the mobile version. Kindly check and work on that. Keep up the good work.

I don't know how people aren't aware of Abacus.ai and their ChatLLM. Found you guys through some pretty low viewed affiliates/ AI enthusiasts, and I'm genuinely convinced nobody out there is doing this type of service better! Have been enjoying your amazing service for over 2 to 3 weeks now, although the Apps actual functionality has a little bit to be desired, in terms of implementing the same amount of features on the Web App, to the phone app, they still manage to give you a solid 90% of it!
