Didn't even get past the registration screen. Confronted with a long form to fill out first thing was off putting. I think the UX needs some serious work as users are encountered with a barrier before they even start and I'm sure the drop off rate is pretty high at this point. This is just meant as constructive feedback because I think the concept is brilliant, it just needs work. Start with decent UX and engaging design. Right now both are missing.

Restaurant quality fresh fish that is delivered promptly with friendly service. Great app with excellent seemless snapscan plugin.The bonus is that the fishers get a fair price and the buyer can trace their fish right to its source. Both fun and ecologically responsible to trace your fish! Will never go back to buying fish from a shop.

Was really excited to finally have a chance to use this service as general public, but after trying to make my first order I have rather been rather disgusted. Order 2kg of Hottentot at R60 a kilo. Got quoted in total when ordering R184. The next morning when delivery was to take place I check the app and see the price has now gone up to R279. I was given fake reasons as to why the price increased and promised fish on the house that never materialized. Absolute scam.

What an amazing concept and brilliant execution by this collaborative at Abalobi. We ordered freshly caught yellowtail on Sunday afternoon. Out on delivery on Monday morning, and arrived at our doorstep by midday. Better yet, it was cheaper than a trip to the supermarket! Sustainable, empowering, uplifting, healthy and the future!!!
