Very good from my end.Not sure of father's screen.If not already on home screen can you add icon with words-Can't hear.-Can't see, icon & words reconnecting automatically. Original installer per user can figure out if one or more options should or should not be available.Most importantly can you add a volume boost as many seniors can not speak at levels to hear and or receivers hear with all at maximum.Contact me for more suggestions for special needs 30+ yrs. teaching spEd

I'm trying to make an account, but it keeps saying I'm not following the password rules when making one, and I cannot proceed. I've checked the password I've chosen is following them SO MANY TIMES, and it does apply to them... perhaps there is a bug that needs to be fixed?

Installed this app. And at various stages the screen freezes and it has to be wiped away to get to the next stage. Now can't get past the screen with the white dots on. Can't even get to adding account information.

Really having difficulty signing into this app. Its says my registration is complete but I when I try to sign into the app it doesn't let me. It says my email is invalid. Please how do I go about it?

Good app but have to fill out a feedback questionnaire after every call! Very annoying! If was not for that would give more stars.

Very emotional to see a loved one in icu but we are so grateful to all who helped James. Any questions we asked they tried to answer them. We as a family of James will be forever grateful for everyone's help. To be able to see him gave us great reassurance that he's in the best care. To be able to see him on video call is amazing also some of our grandchildren spoke and we could tell their voices was recognised by James, which gave us all great hope. Thank You all for your help. Keeps failing when trying to talk to a relative in hospital. Ludicrous password requirements (try two factor instead!). NHS should have gone with a more reliable, commonly used solution
