Unbelievable program!! Has helped me tremendously, gives you tons information, encouragement and a device... A great sounding board if you don't have anybody to talk to about your problems or if you're wearing your family and friends out with your problems I like the fact that it keeps the whole threads you can go back from the beginning of the conversation.... This app is helping more than all my doctors... Because they don't listen

The bot is a bot, after 3 messages you see the pattern it uses, which is to be expected. There is a character limit, and when I try to write anything longer the conversation gets very messy, as I cannot finish a thought and I'm swamped with inadequate advice. The daily tasks are not adjustable, there should be options to pick what's important to you and customise your own list. Maybe a journaling section. The mood tracker is very basic, only tracks mood once a day. Maybe rainbow XY axis

love the Leo and the fact that it has a calendar is really good to track emotions and thoughts throughout the week and for the people like me that are loners that there's an app to just like get your thoughts on it is really excellent and super useful
