⚠️ Our security system wasn't working at all the whole 2024 but Alder kept debiting my checking account the whole 2024. Alder claimed we would get a "downtime credit" for the time it was down after they fixed the issue. Yesterday, an unprofessional technician fixed it. He left and did not say he was finished. The tech threw the old alarm equipment in our yard. Alder will only give us a $200 credit for the whole 12 months the system didn't work when we paid over $783 for 2024. NOT FAIR or right!

This app really sucks it is not user-friendly and if you forget your login or your password well good luck getting it because it doesn't even give you an option for you to retrieve it only the password if you don't remember the login you can't get in. It won't retrieve nothing doesn't even give you options to retrieve it I am highly disappointed in this app and I just got the security system and I might just send it back

We have had trouble with sensors and the control pad since the beginning of all this. Parts ordered tech can't come till 3 MONTHS. They lied to us since the beginning also, we found out. They told us they bought our alarm company out, so that's why we had to switch to them. And later they call us asking why we switched. WE ARE STILL WAITING. All we get are run around and BS. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my 62 years. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The app AND website say my account doesn't exist. I've contacted customer service multiple times and I give up. I'm glad they're going out of business. This is ridiculous.

When we was offered your services we was told that their would be someone out to put our doorbell cameras in and nobody came out called and texted the tech guy that came out and he said that he would send somebody out to put them in and no one ever showed up. My husband called and canceled the service and he said that he would send out a shipping label and we never received it.
