First they can't verify my insurance information, then they won't let me change my personal information to match insurance, they won't show any options for metal health, urgent care only, with or without insurance information. At least the website showed me mental health options, even if it wouldn't accept my insurance. This app and this service is garbage, borderline scam.

I'm completely shocked at the complete LACK of response from the company, regarding all of these horrible experiences. you would think that someone would respond to the reviews and look into the issues, but I have only seen 1 response, and it was for the wrong review. I haven't even opened this app yet, and glad I didn't

Useless App. There is no option to edit any information. If you make any wrong during providing profile information, you will not be able to edit or delete. There support staffs are not well trained to solve the issues as well.

This app is the absolute worst and can literally cause people to lose their lives. Providers come and go, but you're stuck with the first provider you choose. If they're not available, you don't get an appointment. So you may end up like me and not have your medication refills called in for over a month.

wow! easy to use from the comfort of my own home. So far, great experience than you. 1/20/2025 They changed everything. For the past year, you have to use a computer because it doesn't work on the phone. I have five kids and it's very difficult to get a straight diagnoses. There are some very good doctors on here, but if you miss the beat on logging on (I have counted 7 seconds) they cancel you. I'm currently waiting to be seen after a provider ditched the appointment and now we wait. again.

Constantly glitches when I try to log in. I have tried typing in my password. But I am bounced to the email part of the log in page at least 4 times before I get into the app. For sick people, this is annoying. I did call support when I first had this problem. I have had a successful visit with the app. I'm not able to get in to a Dr office when I want to, so this is helpful. Just somebody please fix the log in bouncing problems.

I don't know why they had to "update" this app but it is now absolutely horrible to use. You cannot do appointments in the app. Schedule, yes. Actual appointment, no. You used to be able to stay logged in. Now you have to login multiple times. Want to schedule an appointment? Login. Want to go to your appointment? Open a separate browser, login. Want to view your notes from the appointment? Login. Audio, video, notes, list of medications and medical conditions incomplete, and more that're bad

Virtual visits used to take place in the app. Now you sign up for visit in app, and wait for a texted link. The link does not open in app. It opens in mobile browser. All permissions granted for audio and video and it won't work. Doctors will just cancel the visit and you have to start all over and cross your fingers. The previous IN APP video calls worked great. Bring that back. You broke the app.
