The camera stopped working completely because the app is broken!!! Threw it away because who wants a camera that constantly unpairs, sucks when you go to check on your camera and it's offline because of a pairing issue. Now when I try to repair it can't even load the app properly for me to do any of the steps!!! Better cameras for similar prices online, with better app!! Plus support is almost non-existent, if you buy digoo, good luck!!!

After the last update the cameras disconnected and cannot be reconnected as the newly updated app pulls up a blank screen where you would normally choose what device you are pairing. Before this it worked really well! I really liked it. Hopefully they fix the glitch.

Since the app was updated i have had problems with loading my cameras up to watch them ive also noticed there is more of a delay in the footage when you finally do get on, please can this be fixed as is an ongoing problem. whats the point in having cameras paying for rhe cloud recording when you can't even watch it???

The user interface for viewing the previous video is very bad. When you scroll it does not play sometime. Please put a simple option of viewing the whole previous day all together in one click in which camera has detected the motion.

After last upgrade, I think, stopped to work option motion detection. I have 5 cameras, suddenly that option stopped work on each one of it. I use tf card recording from beginning, and not puschased the cloud space. I think that is the couse of it, wanted money...

Some cameras just does not want to be added because it just sits on wifi add screen and times out after a while with no reason (I can see the WiFi network for the camera in wifi list). Other than that, app is sufficient for what is needed.

It's is always a downside to have to pay for a cloud service which does not come cheap when you have other cloud services but I understand everything costs but I still think there should be at least one payment for min 2-3 cameras instead of paying for every one separate and the price is steep.

Purchase the hardware only to be held at subscription randsom for all of its cloud based services. One can store media to ssd, however, the idiots who designed the camera, forgot to include a way to insert an ssd card into the camera. No visible slot and sealed non serviceable camera module. Great work Digoo!
