It never saves your progress. This includes data, gameplay, and even purchases. I purchased a three day pack and on day number two. It didn't save my data, reverted my save to BEFORE my purchase, which lastly caused me to lose ALL ACCESS to anything I purchased! This is ridiculous and I am livid. I got so far in one go just to have all of my data and my payment reverted as if it didn't exist! Either fix the game, put a warning or honor your refunds. I shouldn't have to get Google for this

The game is pretty bad. It's a pay to play game and one big problem I have is the arena mode. Everytime I play it glitches and doesn't load me into the match but the game doesn't freeze I can see your match refill counter and it's still counting down. I can even click the ad in game and it will bring me back to the same glitched out screen.

Only started playing your game for the cash rewards thru another app. Reached level 300 to find out the game is "paused" and the rewards won't be credited! But you still get paid for the advertisements I watched.

The ADs are super long and laggy. They don't have X buttons on some of them. It never appears and you have to close and open the game again.

This app will rip you off. I spent $9.99 on the newcomer bundle, and when I loaded the app back up later to play, it was as if I never bought it. I have proof of my purchase but no response from support.

I've been playing this game for more than I'm obsessed by the animations, soundtrack, character voices, and what keeps me hooked is that this game has no ads. Today, I just reach level 3006, yes.. three thousand and six! I love this game so much 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💖💕❤️
