If 0 stars was an option. "Average wait time is 1 min", bull. My average wait time is 30+, even if I pre-book a cab. The app constantly expresses errors and needs to restart. And often shows the vehicle being tracked heading the opposite direction from me when it's "one min away". I can't wait for Uber. Will also cancel you for being a "no show" when you're standing outside waiting for them. Whoever designed/maintains this app needs to be fired.

Phone number, name, and email address need to be provided before they even show you the privacy policy. Which references another policy that "should be reviewed before using the app" but isn't provided or linked. Insane. No idea what they'll do with your personal information, but they can keep it for seven years. Not worth it for ordering a cab. Didn't even get to the point of using the app I get enough spam calls and texts as it is I don't need more from this.

HOW is this app so terrible!? It's unclear if you've got a reservation, unclear if a car is coming, the countdown timer doesn't change, the app crashes and makes it look like you no longer have a ride in upcoming, looks like it's trying to start your wait again. Also, once you use the app, the actual phone number stops taking your calls, feeding you a recording saying you have used the app, so you can't talk to a human, yet you can't tell if anything is even happening in the app.... :/

I like the communication. I found that I must delete all previous messages and turn off and turn on my phone before I can submit a new travel request.

Tried to use the app to book a ride, it said there were no cabs available in my area. I called the company & they said my ride was canceled because I put GPS coords rather than an address. 1. App never confirmed a booking, let alone a cancelation, so I have no idea when I entered their system 2. App defaults to showing your GPS location the way Uber does; if this is an invalid input, it should prompt for an address. Poor user design. 3. Could be improved with geocoder to convert GPS to address

Irratic booking. Taxi service is good. App is not great. Often I need to phone to book a taxi. Sometimes the time of taxi arrival is different from the text message and not always accurate. I depend on text for my taxi arrival time.

Had to reinstall as app would get stuck in loop asking for verification then cutting it off to go back to login screen. Also, in dark mode the buttons are grey-black on a black background making them almost invisible in bright light.

AC Taxi always given me great service, love the app except it doesn't allow me to put in my full address. I just leave a note for driver on the app, It bounces back to the one there, doesn't recognize my address from home.
