A customer doesn't have the option to read reviews about PRO's before booking the service. You just get what they give you. The cancellation request is not working. I was trying the app and I couldn't make a cancellation despite that the booking was a moment ago. I had to contact the PRO to cancel the request. The feedback option they have is stupid. I was hardly able to make edits to my feedback.

Oryx team needs to understand that this app is not uber or careem, like peak time and off peak time, lol. Need to improve more and hire professionals service providers rather than time wasters who are providing service as non professionals.. Before include any service provider in your team, appreciate to take proper test or interview, and review there certification in respective areas.

The moment it asked that it reqires phone access to even sign up , i immediately uninstalled it. I dont even want to know how 'good' this app further (may be).

Alot of permissions required and does not show you any thing expect after you put in a payment option . scam , I've reported this app .
