poor service by resturant. I have given rs 250 to deliver in noida. I have ordered at 9 am. till 12pm there is no delivery of chole bhature. I don't know how much more time they will take to deliver.

Customer service is very poor. Payment taken in advance through card, order not delivered. Numbers given in the app are always switched off and numbers online don't really help out, they keep limping. I love the chhole bhatures for over 25 years but the experience with the app is terrible and the staff seems arrogant

Very bad service. Please don't depend on them for timely delivery after making payment. Your phone will not be picked up. They spoiled total order worth Rs.2000 due to not reachable and no. Communication. delay in order by 2 hours. I will Never order again.

Well yes I've enjoyed bhaturas were soft and outstanding but I have a complaint that in my order chutni was missing and the delay very charges were very high though I have ordered 3 full portions.
