I was an early user of this app and was thrilled by the experience. After 2 years of covid-induced, stay-at-home, I just spent 2 weeks in Poland (6 time zones away) Before flying I made sure my uplift app was up-to-date. I think it made a world of difference in my ability to sleep in a "normal" local time frame, both coming and going. The instructions and actions are easy to understand and use. I intend to use this app any time I am flying across 2 or more time zones.

Used this for my flight to Europe and definitely felt an improvement on my jet lag. Usually I'm pretty knocked out but was able to get a 25k steps day in right after I got off the plane (in the 40°c heat!). Would definitely recommend.

**updated below** It's deceptive marketing. You could ask for email for a so called free app, but you should never ask for credit card info. That's a shame. Very disappointed with both the company and the Google for not vetting the app properly. Update: they have responded appropriately to my complaint, so i will be updating my review to three stars, and then will post another updated review once i tried out the product. Thanks for listening.

It’s works well. After my 2nd time using Uplift and the instructional videos I got more comfortable with the points to apply. It is not as difficult as it seems at first.

Only shows you acupressure points to use on the travel day. Don't need an app and paid subscription for acupressure points. Useless for me but found what I was looking for with the app Timeshifter.
