This is an excellent example if how to NOT do things. Nothing seems to work properly and the documentation is unhelpful to say the least. The local hotspot built into the device has a default password. If you try to change it the hotspot doesn't start up anymore and you're forced to do a factory reset to recover.

This is less about the app then the customer service I recieved. I called in to the USA tech support team about some inverters that were not functioning. I talked to Jared and he went above and beyond in getting everything sorted out for me and providing me with the information I needed and answering all my questions. My system is functioning perfectly,.but the app says it's producing 0. The icons can not be rearranged to resemble the actual solar array. A call to the "Customer Service" number just has a recording to open a help ticket online. The reply so far has been only crickets chirping. No more APsystems for me. It's only half baked.

"Device not found. Serach again" endlessly even though the ecm is plugged into ethernet, im on its wifi or my local wifi, and i can acess it perfectly via a web browser. Useless app. Same as the end user version of this app.

The app interface doesn't scale to fit my phone screen. I can only see half of any page. Looks like I've zoomed in on it, but can't zoom out. Frustrating.

Since last update, July 19th, historical data is not available. App crashes when trying to access 'Data' tab

Simple app, thought difficult to go quickly to ECU meter readings or set that as standard
