We had a very happy experience with Artium Academy. The app is very user friendly and they have very good support to assist immediately in case of issues. I had class with Mani khatri mam. She is extremely helpful and patient with beginners. She is extremely talented too. Neha from support team is very much available for any support required. I would like to continue my journey with Artium.

Initial onboarding time is high. They promise to setup everything in 24hrs, but after 24hrs they assigned a teacher who doesn't have slots available, despite I had already told my time preferences earlier. I had to reach out to them manually to let them know about this issue and they'll take another 24hrs to assign the teacher.

Hi, I joined the class 6 months back but only took 1 season and took a long break due to medical reasons. I just resumed this week puzzled about my teacher and scheduling the class. Monash from the support team helped me with everything and made the process smooth for me. She even extended my course timeline as I lost 6 months without any class. She understood my requirement of time slots and assigned me the teacher. She's the best support person I have spoken to in Artium. Thanks Monash🙂

This is an exceptional learning platform. I would like to thank Neha for her assistance with the prompt renewal and follow-up. I would also like to express my gratitude to my daughter's instructor, Aathira, for her dedication in making the music class highly engaging and interesting. Very good on boarding experience. Worst experience post being student. No proper training schedules by the teachers on a one on one sections. Onboarding promotion offers are not adhered. Support teams and whole ecosystem don't have student focus or no check on what is being taught and left to discreation of teacher and not at all concerned on knowledge being imparted and responses all focused on revenue making. Management needs to really understand what happening on the ground.

App does not allow chatting with Support team. It does not work. Only chatting with teachers work but there is no proper response or feedback. Had pre booked sessions with teacher but it got cancelled automatically and now unable to schedule on dates needed. Very poor interface

I joined in the month of June'24 and after 5 sessions there was a medical emergency in my family and I was forced to discontinue the class. Upon discussing with the team, they considered my case for the refund as an exception despite of ineligibility. I truly appreaciate your prompt action and support in this regard.
