Had NO idea I could not access this on a laptop. The mind-map does not work well on a mobile 'phone. I had purchased this, hoping to use it similarly to what a pen and paper mind map would look like, only with the assistance of AI. No such luck. I'm going to cancel my subscription as I don't see this being beneficial to me. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

So far the app is fast and helpful, but it has a long way to go to be useful. You can't export the maps fully unless they fit on your screen and the mind maps only go one level out. You can't expand beyond that in the same topic or question and you can't remove or hide branches of the map that aren't useful or that you don't want. I can see the foundation of the app having lots of potential but I'm regretting my purchase having not realized the limitations.

This would be a great tool, if they had a companion desktop app. Also, you can't seem to try it for free (I should have known better). Alternatively, having it export into a format compatible with freemind would be great too. I feel like I've been taken, and now I need to figure out how to cancel.

Not ready. Very basic. This app should not be charging a fee yet. Taking high level responses and plotting them on a mind map instead of a list. Also, the onboarding flow makes it sound like there is an unsubscribe feature in the app. There isn't. You have to email them. We'll see what happens. I expect to get a refund. Not looking very good.

This is a great product BUT I was charged twice for this product. The first was before the upgrade which I was cool with. Then I was charged for the upgrade. If I were a new customer, I would be getting the upgraded product. I would like a refund for the original purchase. Edit: Great customer service. Problem solved. Rating changed from 1* to 5*.

Confused - needs way more clarity. CAn I use this on a computer laptop? Whilst the App on the phone is functional I'df love to ahve on my screen for a richer experience. Also there is currently only a jpeg option for mindmaps created - can yopu save in a format for reviewing afterwards, and perhaps could a pdf feature be made avbailable for using the created mindmaps in presentastions as the jpeg can leave font small or fuzzy if more complex?

Just recently purchased the upgrade for the full package for thirty two pounds, for a year. Had a some issues at the start with my subscription, however, the visual mind team were able to help.

Really disappointed...paid over £30 for the app and it work three times and now is just crashing. The maps are no longer appearing on the screen. Will try to get a refund, but not hopeful.
