Let me tell u the bad perspective. First, why can't upload? I need to transfer a document from one device to another and then take a photo to the other device display. That's silly! Second, the document samples on the app is useless! Each time I upload something exactly like the sample, it's always "document incomplete"! I need to go back and forth to the clinic to correct those documents (signature, stamp, etc.). Next time I will put my transport bill in the document for reimbursement

Don't have the liberty to end conversations with doctor on econsultation feature. When the doctor takes really long time to response, we don't have the ability to change to another doctor unless the first book ended. So not recommended when you're trying to help your spouse/relatives remotely just to have some relief on doctor's diagnostics and first aid prescription. Plus too many prompt to input PIN which is annoying. Pls fix the journey.
