I used mine today December 28 and it works amazing. Didnt even have to charge it first. Straight from the box (cleaned it first) the handle is sturdy Camera quality is perfect. And I could record it within the app. There's attachments but didn't try them out. Just don't cut corners on the setup when reading the simple instructions. I recommend this one. Uses a USB-C charger that comes with it.

worked great until latest firmware update, now the camera doesn't seem to work. the light comes on, but nothing shows on the screen.

I saw one person having link connection issues. I had the same problem at first trying to use my bluetooth to sync the phone with the device. Once you turn on the device, go to your bluetooth setting, click on softish___ then quickly go to the app downloaded and press the search button. That will try to sync with the device. It took me 5 minutes because my phone said the device location was too small.

It works, BUT only if you disable all AD prevention, firewall, or VPN apps, and that's disappointing. Durability and longevity if the replaceable tips are highly questionable. Trouble shooting tips are unhelpful for those not tech savvy. The advertising always shows super smooth ear canals... Good luck seeing anything if you have super hairy troll ears!

Bought a few months ago, sat unused finally opened the box and it was pre charged and ready to go. Connected right away to s23+. Used 10 or 15 minutes... super clear camera. Wow there is a lot of hair in there. Even gave warning while using "don't touch ear drum". How did it know I was close? Not sure why other Android users are having problems but I know it can be frustrating. Perfect for me.

Okay ... I have to admit I couldn't connect it at first. But I saw one of the comments on this reviews and followed their guidances. For me, My VPN blocker app was on. Once I turned that off , I could able to connect with this ear cleaner. Clear pic. Feels like I'm going to cave exploration or something . Just be careful not to move the machine and your hand quick. Go very slow. Surprisingly, my ear was clean . Guess regularly going to ocean and snorkeling helped my ears clean I guess...LoL😂

Piece of junk. Doesn't work with Android despite having LOCATION ON, Bluetooth ON, Wifi ON, why the location, go figure, but restarting phone and charging ear tool, never worked, never connected, using Moto G Stylus, product does seem solid and the tools I like. But useless product if it doesn't connect to phone. All other products were either charging for shipping even when it said free shipping, I will be returning back since I can't use it.
