The instant version of this app just stole my money by changing the selected tip amount AFTER submitting my payment (I saw this happen in the background while the loading spinner was displayed). The receipt I received to my email didn't show how much I paid (both the total and tip amounts showed $0). I had to have the restaurant print my receipt and show me the tip amount to confirm that I'd paid. Overall terrible experience; I will not be paying this way again.

Great app generally. But should NOT be in use in large concert venues as the app cannot handle the demand on its servers. They have union at Whitewater amphitheater in Texas hill country and it's really useless there. They have signs promoting speedy service and it does help you get your drinks faster even though you cant order ahead, but the app crashes every time you try to close your tab out at the end of the night and they forcibly hit you with a 20-30% tip that's not disclosed anywhere.

This app is terrible. We kept having to re-add our drinks because this app kept deleting them. When I finally got to the final screen, the app magically added a few(but not all) of the missing drinks back, so some of us had double/triple orders. We only needed 1 each. There was no way to alter/delete from that screen, and the waiter came out with 2 drinks, then 4 about 10 minutes later. When I tried to tell him about the problem, he couldn't hear due to the music, then gave up & walked away

Horrible app. It charged me more tip than I selected, it made me enter my credit card before giving me the option to pay with Google Pay, and the UI reminds me of a high school project. This shouldn't even be allowed on the Google play store. The fact that you guys convinced bars to use this is astounding. If you don't fix this, you won't be around for long. Edit: Just to top it all off, there is no notification that your order is ready, and it shows the wrong credit card number on my receipt.

Honestly, the concept here is broken: I don't want to install a third party app to view a menu and enjoy brunch. That said, the phone verification step failed to send an SMS so we just left the restaurant. I'd like my data removed, but I don't have any way to reverse course with this app. Going forward, I'll simply boycott restaurants that insisted on this app as the method to enjoy their fare and I confirmed with at least one waiter that they were displeased with the app themselves. Womp.

This app is really confusing, extremely annoying that I have to download it and there's no browser option. Sure I could figure it out but why should I have to? it doesn't offer anything better experience-wise than just looking at the restaurants website or ordering a more old fashioned (and somehow more efficient) way. The fact that they asked me to review it immediately is the icing on the cake of annoyance. I'll try to avoid restaurants that use this app

We were forced to use this app at the restaurant we visited. We were really focused on seeing our friends and not paying attention to the app. It was not chatting and intuitive so we inadvertently left without closing out tab. The restaurant gave themselves a 25% tip which frankly is high relative to the service we received. We will I be going back to that restaurant.

Deceptive app, takes more of your money than you approve of. For example I set my tip and the app increases it an additional 5% even after already confirming the original amount. After reaching out to customer support. They blamed the venue for setting the tip percentage... your app gave me the option to select the Tip percentage and after confirming the total price and agreeing. The total was then changed and charged to me card which was not the agreed amount... scam and deceptive practices...
