After trying three times during registration I never did receive a confirmation code, but it registered me without it anyway. There seems to be some missing features that are in similar apps such as adding favourite places, to make it quicker and easier to book to those places. Also the ability to specify a tip rate and wheelchair access.

I used to book this taxi for a several months to go to my work and I was very happy with the service but now it's a nightmare! For a while booked in advance and almost always late!!! Thank you Amber for making me late at work and losing my money!!! Today was last time I booked an amber taxi, switching to another operator, the taxi arrived 27 mins later than booked for!!!!!!! Not recommended at all STAY AWAY!!!

Have used Amber cars for some time but fast going off them. Pre-booked cab for 22:45 finally arrived at 23:04. Luckily on this occasion I was only going home, if I had a train to catch, hospital appointment or some other important arrangement I would have been late. When it did arrive driver took the slightly longer route which cost more. Cannot recommend this company and seriously thinking of changing to another taxi company. Booked at 2020 for ataxi at 22:30 again 20 minutes late, -0 stars

This app is slow. It doesn't allow me to book ahead despite the option for selecting a time. At every attempt it dispatches a taxi immediately. This has to be tweaked
