I can't get started with the app, as the confirmation code never arrives on my phone. But, this is a really good taxi firm - I ended up calling them to book all my rides, and they were very polite and the taxis arrived super fast, even late at night.

Was staying in Costa Brava, Spain and downloaded this app to make hailing taxi easier. Taxi driver called on this app drove past me on a non busy street after I waved him down. Five minutes later he drives back with the ticker going already. Was quoted 21 euro on my trip. When we get to the destination, the driver put on a 10 euro fee. When asked why, I got no response. Similar things happend with two other cabs. Overall, stopped using this app, would not reccomend travelling by cab here.

They send an email code of 4 numbers to confirm signing up. No matter how many times you enter the right number, it's rejected. And no way to get help in app before signing up. Great start 👏

Great service. Very helpful and courteous people. Arrived on time for early morning airport drop off. We didn't have exact change so they took a few euros off our fare.

There is only cash option. If you click add payment option, it shows "add account" screen. Which account? I already have an account. No way to add a card and no explanation
