No option to cancel the subscription during the free trial. I got a notification from my bank if this was authorized charge, It wasn't. So now I have to get a new card first thing Monday to access my bank account. While I was looking for the option to cancel the free trial, the app kept crashing.

Crashes constantly I can't even finish one test. Then I have to restart it all over again which I cannot do because it crashes. They keep charging me and I can't cancel it, but then sometimes act like I do not even have a subscription. It won't connect to my husband to my account

Very expensive for what it offers. Also crashes constantly, says valid accounts don't exist, gets stuck in endless loading loops, etc. Overall, the stability is unacceptably poor for any app, but especially one charging as much as they do.

Breeze's well-being app from this maker is dishonest when you cancel before and they still say they will not refund my 29.99 a d that I can use it for the month which is useless to me. If I was interested I would have kept the subscription but 29.99 is way to much to pay then when you cancel they say stay for 4.99 a month but yet I was charged 29.99 for one month. I also canceled this app and will update if payment was taken even though I canceled.

Worse than a real dysfunctional relationship. Don't even bother!! Cancel it by going to your Google play settings. Mange payment and Subscription. Cancel there. That is all you need to know about this app. There is no functionality at all do to constant crashing.

Hello! Let me tell you what this company has done to my bank account, when I did cancel my subscription way before the renewal, of said subscription....So, the first time you debited my account was for $29.99 and now for the 2nd time you've hit my bank account with $29.99 of fraudulent unauthorized charges again!!!! You will be talking to my legal representation next! Since y'all don't want to give me, what your CO. took from me in the form of a REFUND of $69.99!!!!

This app will charge you repeatedly even when it doesn't show up in your subscriptions to cancel! Then refuses to refund. Scam scam scam! Beware!!! **updated to add** I did reach out to the email provided in the response. They still refused to refund the $40 they took from my account without permission. I've been emailing back and forth and have reached no resolution!

I am being charged a monthly fee for a subscription to this app but I did not subscribe and it isn't even showing on my Google account but it is showing on my checking account as a monthly charge and I can't seem to get it canceled or refunded ? This is not the way Google apps are supposed to work so I would appreciate some assistance with this issue. Thank you.
