The devs need DJ awareness. 5 clicks to save one track to your playlist?? Seriously idiotic. It's THE MOST repetitive action well do with this app..so ANTICIPATE what would streamline this: 3 dots→Add to recent playlist (create this heading because DJs use this one list over and over when adding) and have the 3 dots window close automatically. Done. 2 clicks.

Works great for fluid music hunting. You can save all your favorite record labels and artists, and it will inform you of new releases. Love this feature. I'm having the problem right now where I can't log in. I always get a screen that says "oops something went wrong. Please try again later." This is so frustrating and needs to be fixed!. Also, when you open the app, do some searches, then leave the app for any amount of time it freezes, and you need to restart. Which is quite irritating also.

Posted a review before this update but posted a new one because the most annoying issues were finally fixed. Much faster, you can finally type full names without it freaking out, and you can actually remain where you were when going back to an artist page! The only thing is, besides still not being able to sort playlists in the app, if you tap on a song name to pause it, it just restarts the preview now, which will take some getting used to.

It's ok when it works, but it's so damn slow (on a current Android). It's particularly bad on data when wifi is not available - sometimes taking up to 5-10 minutes to start up, load a playlist and start playing a track. So frustrating, sometimes I just give up. Also the fact that you can't remove songs from a playlist on the app is SO annoying.

I constantly have to force stop the app (also clearing the cache) and log back in. This app laggs horrendously between search options. A good thing to have while searching say, tracks from a record label, when returning back to the long list of tracks, go back to the last track searched and not to the very top then have to scroll all the way down again. Fix yourselves!

I was hoping for the Beatport website, packaged as an app.... so I could explore new releases by genre, and add sections to my hold bin, or cart... but my Beatport log in works in the app, and I can add tracks to playlists... and on my phone, it works much more fluidly than the Beatport website, in a mobile browser. I can still discover and save for later great music, just in a different way...

It's a really nice app and I am happy to once again support the Beatport brand. Two features that need to be added is the ability to view albums from individual single releases. Also, there is no queue which makes it annoying to have to choose each song after the next one. Not everyone has playlists ready for everything.

App constantly locks up with infinite loading screens and has to be restarted. Search results often show me my "recent searches" rather than, you know, what I've actually typed into the search box. Navigating around is such a pain because any page change is frustratingly slow. You'll put a playlist on and then 3 or 4 tracks in it will just stop playing and you have to restart the app and start the playlist over to get it to play again. Over a year, multiple updates and never anything fixed.
