If I have the power of negative star rating then I submit minus infinity to the chartered bus company, because of 1. the buses of this company never came at right time. 2. Costumer care persons never attend calls. 3. My refund of cancel bus not deposited in my account. So please banned this company. Their company has nothing to do with the problems of passengers. They got the booking money. Then nobody's problem matters.

Chartered gets worse day by day. Recent travel experiences were horrible. Very rude behaviour from the staff, driver and even their station service, like I have somehow sinned greatly. Next is that if I have booked a seat, then I should sit at that seat only. I paid for it. But when I boarded, the seat is occupied, and the conductor told me to find another free one. Is this how a buisness is supposed to work? Very disappointed by other things also, like seat handle not working properly, and etc.

Title: Poor Maintenance of Promised Amenities Complaint: I recently traveled on your chartered bus, and despite charging plugs being listed as an amenity, they were not functional. When I brought this to the conductor's attention, I was told, "Charging plugs are always out of order; you can complain if you want." This reflects poor maintenance and lack of accountability. Passengers rely on these facilities during travel, and such negligence is unacceptable.Please address this issue seriously and

Its a advice not a complaint 1)not clear it has to be 0 to 12noon and then timing should start from 13 onwards up to 24 hours as in Indian railway. 2) Suppose you are coming from ujjain to Bhopal. In that case if you have work for 3 hrs in Indore. There should be a brak journey provision .So that you can comfortably complete journey 3) There has to be a cliak room in AICTSL so that we can keep our luggage in lock and key ( you can charge like Indian railways ) vikas

New buses should be operated on this route or the maintenance of buses on these routes should be done regularly. Because many times these buses stop anywhere due to which passengers have to face problems.

I have took the sleeper seat from Sagar to Indore. Bus as usual went for repair at Bhopal in between the journey and the substitute option is given on the last seat of the sitting. No one is there to respond .. ... Importantly this is not the first time this happened to chartered buses.

Worst experience, whenever I try to book my tickets on urgent basis there's a message box on my screen that "chartered bus app keeps stopping" I uninstalled it and installed it again but same problem persists..worst app ever man! It's an edit of this review after few months, the chartered bus personnel called me and assured me to fix the issue, however it's still the same.. nothing changed, I still do my tickets from 3rd party app..what the heck is this yar
