This is the worst travels that I have ever been experienced. I have been using the same travels for years and years. They never reach destinations on time and their vehicles have always had this problem and they asked us to change buses and go to the normal buses in the mid way. Never go for this.

The experience with srs travels is triebble they never take you to your home in a correct time . Every occasion they charged triple and laterally wasted our time using regular loads. They gave preference for loads over passenger poor travels ever. Please stay avoid from this travels

I have experienced some of the worst travel drives where the drivers were extremely rude and rough. The managers also seem indifferent, with no proper updates on delays and constant delays.

It's a worst service im having in my experience . I suggest never ever choose this SRS travels. Because there drivers are such a irresponsible persons. Even they don't care about there passengers. For there service I can't give at least one star. Very very worst

No time sense at all. We have reached out destination 3 hrs later as per schedule time. Very very disappointed.

Very bad service. They cancel the bus and not bothered to inform in advance. I booked bus from miraroad. As they cancelled bus, they gave me another bus. When I didn't receive any confirmation, I called them around 12 and they told me to reach starting point at 12.15. When I called them again around 12.35, they asked me to come to borivali. I reached borivali and waited for the bus. Bus came only at 2.15 pm. It's a sleeper bus. Very dirty beds and blankets. Looks like not washed at all.

single star also not given to this SRS travels. Very bad bus service. Drivers also very rude. No humanity. Not given baggage tags and not help to single lady for putting luggage."Uninstall this app". Passengers are not safe with SRS TRAVLE BUS.

They doesn't deserve a single star.The bus drivers are so rude I'm not talking about driving I'm talking about their behaviour and the worst service I have experience.I had travelled over 50 Times from different travels but I had never experienced this types of service .I had also complainted to their customer care even their customer care is so rude that they are saying their driver couldn't do these types of bad behaviour with their customer.I would never recommend SRS travels 😞🤮.
