The app is good, provides a seamless user experience. The food is good too, the crisp is perfect, the spice is on point. Cons: Sometimes the quality of chicken is not that great, also, The prices are a bit high considering it's a local brand, they should be keep the prices local as well.

Third class service for delivery. I ordered 2 hours ago and it still shows the order status preparations. And then i have no contact with the Branch, So i tried many times to contact call center and after half an hour they picked my call and still say it will take 30 mins. It was so frustrating. Don't install this app.

after 2 house and 4 calls to customer care department, they called me to confirm the order and saying due to the light problem it's happens, I feel that it's not a brand lolz. This is the third class services I have ever seen.

So bad in delivery services. I placed an order at 10:20pm and now it's 12:46am. I haven't received my order yet. Else, i also called to their head office 3 times, and they told me to wait for 10 to 15 minutes, every time. So bad experience

WORST SERVICE ( They don't know your address always disturbs you meanwhile foodpanda never do this plus thier packaging is so bad the sauce is spilled all over food. The only thing that's good is taste of food. )

If we pay for an online order using online card then it shows payment failed on their application when our payment gets deducted and then we do not get any order confirmation or tracking, means the order is not in the application and when you call the helpline, first they deny that there is no order and then your payment gets deducted,Then when you force them to do something they say that yes, I have received it, Earlier these people did not accept it.

so much low service. I ordered 2 hours ago, still order is in preparation. and there is no option of cancel order or franchise number, from which order is preparing or will come. So much time wasting. so much need to improve. app also need improvements.

Absolutely worse experience. First of all, the app interface is really slow and old I Second, I ordered from the app for the first time and the order remained in the preparation for more than an hour. Now there's no way to call the exact branch or message them, so you have to go back all the way to the common helpline which no one picks for fried chicken.
