If you do manage to place an order, just forget about it. They will not process or call you to confirm or anything. I had to call them 3 times and the call center agent has no clue about the status of orders. The app itself also doesn't showcase the status apart from "Ordered" or "Delivered" Went to the branch after an hour to check and they had no clue. We're claiming Bahria would serve Lake City customers. Unprofessional and useless to say the least. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I really like OD's products but the app is straight up horrendous. The wait on the login screen is about 4-5 mins. They then ask you to verify your phone number and it takes another 10 min for you to receive an SMS code. After about 30+ minutes to place an order, it said wait for a confirmation. I never got a confirmation and it took me to a blank screen. Now the app isn't even going past the login page. I went through the whole process again and they cancelled my order without explaination.

Overall app is easy to use but not the ability to track or know who's and where the rider is just so outdated thing. I ordered and got my order after like 2 hours their service is so bad.

Installed this app only to find out it doesn't delivers to my city; Rawalpindi. What's the use of setting up this brand when you only want to be concentrated in specific cities?

App is not working since the last update. My orders from last year still showing (confirmed) even they were delivered and my loyalty point not added still in my account.

Please give the ability to the user for choosing which flavors they want in a box of multiple. Other than that it's perfect

-Can't even confirm if the order has been placed or not. -Can only log in using number but somehow site and app show an account has already been made using an email.(then atleast allow me to log in with email)
Searching The Web
Two hours before i received a notification of confirming the order but didnt receive yet. it wasted my time in waiting for the order. Well done OD ! No online buying recommended!
