I am EXTREMELY tired of this buggy app, not working properly. I have lost so many orders due to the app being buggy. I just logged on today and wasnt even able to have the app functional for it to alreadymiss an order. It keeps buffering all the time, doesn't let me go offline and sometimes the button to accept orders is not working. I am losing acceptance rate just because of the buggy app, which is completely unfair to the couriers.

Worst and stupid food courier apps. Doesn't make notification sound nor popup the order. Missed lots of order due to no notification sound and popup. Not a user friendly apps. Not easy to understand apps. Nothing is improving.

The app has slow or poor response to touch or scrolling: it's difficult to use with ease. Save Our Souls (SOS) emergency feature is missing. App overlay feature is also missing. Some useful features get intermittently, and intentionally, removed. Little or no respect for drivers. They've now blocked my account because I refused to surrender to modern age slavery. Shame on you, Bolt.

The main issue with this app nowdays is blocking riders accounts unfairly. How will you expect to have customers if you don't respect riders doing deliveries to them. For example a rider being stuck on a traffic which is above his/her control and finding a road blocked looking for another way to reach food pick up location leads to riders accounts being blocked unfairly. You will loose more customers if you don't stop this issue of blocking riders accounts unfairly.

Positives: none Negatives: -more than half of the time you don't get a notification of new orders while the app in in the background so you have to keep it always open and can't use your phone for anything else -wait compensation is extremely misleading and poorly computed: in the fees section it says the pay is 0.5 RON for each minute after 15 mins; I just got 12 RON for 65 minutes of wait time -weekly bonuses and challanges were removed, being the only platform in romania without it

I'm using this app but my fleet operator is not sending my fleet operator for three weeks already. I tried telling Bolt about this problem but all they said was that I need to contact my fleet operator. Unfortunately, my fleet operator is not responding to my messages. Bolt is still not able to take care of couriers especially if they are abused by fleet operators.

You have 20 seconds to accept an order, of which you're provided no info. You can accept the order only if you're lucky enough to be notified in the first place, which usually doesn't happen so, overall, unusable and unreliable app. It's a shame they give worse tools to their moneymakers than Glovo :(

Worst courier help support, without giving perfect solution they end the chat and reply after the everything happened. And app not work properly, most of the time it takes more than 3 minutes to open the app. And the accepting time so little.
