I have to verify my email.....yet no link is sent for me to actually do that, even after I've clicked the link for the email, in which I'm told it has been sent (I've checked all folders in my inbox, including spam) Iwanted to purchase my lift tickets, and get full use of the app, but I cant do that without verifying my email. Well, that's helpful (NOT). Fix the glitch and I'll change my rating. I'd give it 0 stars, but that isn't an option.

The worst travel app I have used. Full of bugs, looks like was written by high schoolers. Stop advertising to the tourists to use this app, and spend money on employing professionals. Your users are not your testers. I selected 1/2 fare card and confirmed I don't have a key card, when I hit Save it forces me to enter Swiss pass card# which I don't have and I can't proceed further. Thus is just one of the issues. The agent at the travel office in Zermatt could not solve the issue either.

Would be a good app, but I want to use it so I can load a ticket onto my SBB card. First off, when I click to add my SBB card number they keyboard blocks the number field and I can't see what I'm typing. Minor issue compared to what's next. I can not add a birthday to my ticket. I click to add a birthday and nothing happens, so I can't even complete any sort of purchase via the app... I am on a Google pixel 5... 0 stars. Please help and I'll change my rating!

gave up trying to buy ski passes online because you need to give too much personal information, including date of birth posing a security risk (and that involved scrolling through calendar 1 month at a time for >70 years!). Much easier and more pleasant to drop into the Alpine centre and buy over the counter any day I feel the weather and snow will make skiing more fun than winter hiking!

The half fare discount doesn't work when you buy tickets in this application. I have turned on the switch "SBB Half-fare Travelcard". And it charged me 95 CHF, instead of 50. At the tourist info they merely told me that Half-Fare Travelcard doesn't apply for the purchases in the application. If it doesn't work, why do you have that option here?

app gets stuck showing the beautiful logo but does not open i need to un install and reinstall each time to open consuming a lot og roaming data. update: by closing the app and clearing cache it opens again.

Navigating to the explore tab crashes the app. On the home tab nothing is clickable (as in, clicking on anything that says read more won't do anything)
