Firstly it had a good service but for now it has been very bad. I am now in bus while writing this. It had been 5½ hours and they have not stopped a single time . Children are weeping to pee and some are vomiting but the driver is crazy to reach station. Very bad and last ride 🖐️

Very bad service even staff is too much rude. I called for advance booking and he said to come personally at station when I came chechawatni station I asked for advance booking and he told me to come tomorrow. What the hell is advance booking if I have to come again and again. I would like to rate negative star if there was an option on play store. Its just waste of time.

The effort is good but the online booking is not accurate even bud show's only 2 seat left .the Faisal movers app bookkru is perfect for tickets booking.

In the app have specific stations option. Passnger could not input his departure and arrival accordingly Please add all stations of route which are in the middle

There is no option available to rate Zero Star. Always getting error same the number already exists even I gave different numbers. Worst app. But bus service is good as i traveled.

Rating 1 star bcz there is no option to rate Zero Star. Tried to book ticket but every time shows the error as system busy due to heavy traffic even im trying at 2:30AM. Too annoying...
