Disappointed and confused. I am a Boots card holder, and input right information requested including OTP but I simply cannot login. On EN site, some part of the app UI including error message is not translated in English. This is how you lose new user. Please consider improve app log in UX. Thanks.

Two issues: 1. Shopping cart icon onclick is not responding half of the time. 2. Shopping cart list has scroll down gesture conflict. Very annoying and not good to user experience. Please fix.

I can't register as I 'already have an account' but can't log in as there is 'no information'. I was made to download this app as I can no longer use my advantage card in store, and it doesn't even work.

It is really a bad design to show ads before showing QR code of my account. I need to show the QR code when I make a payment at the cashier, I need to wait for a while until the ads disappear. That makes people in the queue wait longer.

This app is horrendous and full of bugs and errors. The UI is not even intuitive and gives bad CX.

You ask foreigners to sign up for membership card and in app, you say it's only for residents in Thailand!!!
